Entrenamiento Militar a Comunistas chilenos entre 1976 y 1990 en Unión Soviética

En Diciembre de 1976, mientras cumplía su 11 año de estar encerrado en cárceles y hospitales siquiatricos en la Unión Soviética, VLADIMIR BUKOVSKY, un férreo opositor al régimen marxista fue intercambiado por el gobierno soviético por el presidente del Partido Comunista de Chile Luis Corvalan en Zurich.

Carabinero Miguel Vásquez Tobar (21 años) asesinado el 28.Abril.1986 por elementos comunistas del FPMR 

Luego de ser liberado de las garras del comunismo, Bukovsky desarrolló la página web ARCHIVOS SOVIETICOS en la cual presenta en el apartado  Communist Terror in the World (Terror Comunista en el Mundo), el sub apartado Centry Sudamérica aparecen los siguientes documentos (traduccion en ingles) donde el Comité Central del Partido Comunista de la Unión Soviética autoriza los fondos y medios para dar ENTRENAMIENTO MILITAR a miembros del Partido Comunista y Socialista de Chile:
